My father have remarried after my mothers death'. I am unmarried girl and don't stay with them as they tourcher me. Second wife of my father don't have any children
So I want to know abt my right in the property after my fathers death'.
If on the influence of that second lady my father transfers the property in her name? My father is retired , is he liable for maintenance. And if he transfers the property without my consent then?
firstly go to talathi office and make aplication to mention your name in property extract and then file dv application for your mentanance and education expenditure and also for residence mentanace will be started withing 6 months
