Respected you appear in High court through a competent advocate and file a objection to the said petition stating that she is working women and well educated and she is not entitled for maintenance

Here you can request the court for reduce of the amount or you can challenge the earlier order of maintenance by filing necessary application.

Contact your advocate of contact us also if interested

Dear Sir,
You may file Restitution of Conjugal Rights case saying you are ready to take her back to matrimonial house. Thus you can avoid payment of maintenance saying maintenance not required since you are ready to take her. In the meanwhile you may challenge criminal proceedings before High Court.
