Maintenance Issue but Not Divorced

I have 1 yr kid , my husband wast earning but he is earning but not ready bare the baby expenses saying as you are earning more than me so I will not take expenses of baby as well, recently my son was admitted due to dengue my husband ran out of house 3 months ago . Informed him via known sources he denied to come and also not ready to care for baby morally and financially as well.

Dear Madam, You have to file multiple cases claiming maintenance like Domestic Violence, 125 of Cr.P.C etc. You will definitely get maintenance for yourself and your child if you scientifically pursue the matter in the Courts. Take all possible details about your husband's income.

1. being a father, it is his responsibility to spend the expenses of the child. 2. he is a biological father so he needs to pay the maintenance to the child. 3. you have to file a maintenance case to get the child maintenance.
