Hello sir myself belongs from Patna Bihar .my father was retired in 2011 July from government service .and since 2012 to till date he is not giving single rupee to my mother from retirement gratuity or pension .he said I will not give money u should take care .she is suffering from disease like arthritis auger gastic problem but he is not giving money what should we do is pension is only for individual or husband wife please suggest path.

Your mother has lot of remedy available under law. In govt. service , at the time of retirement all the papers have name of retired person and his wife . If your father is not looking after your mother on not giving money for her maintenance, make a representation before the concerned authority.
