Maintenance and pension to 2nd wife

My father have 2 wifes, 1st wife left him in 1997,but now she claiming maintanance from past 10years, am elder son of 1st wife, am living with my 2nd mother, now am want to provide maintenance and future pension amount of my father (govt employee) available to my 2nd mother, so what should I do now??

You responsibility ends as she is getting family pension. The limit to claim arrears is 3 years. No court will accept her contention. Ask her to go to Court. You are stranger as you are not her son. Nothing to worry.

Sine the first wife having rights to claim maintenance. But, in fact you have informed that, she left your father in the year 1997. There is inordinate delay in her claim.
Her claim do not stand in legal way due to delay. There is a number of judgments in favour of you.
