Maintain family peace betwewn wife and in-laws.

My fiancee & my elderly senior citizen parents dont get with each other well.
I want to maintain sancity and peace after marriage when we have stay at home together during visit.
To address this, i will let my to-be-wife to choose her own place of stay as per her wish while i stay at my parents home. She however should keep in mind not to raise a legal notice against my parents for psychological troubles like mentality mismatch/cultural issues.
Please help me frame a legal paper which can help me get this on statement.

Such a contingent contract will have no force in the eyes of law as it will be against statutory laws and public policy. The best thing is that both your parents and your to be wife, with your help, develop some mutually agreed understanding on the issues on which they are not agreeable.

such a legal paper is known as pre nuptual agreement. but the Indian legal system does not allow you to restrain someone from taking any legal action against you or your family. even if you make such an agreement, it will only give you a mental satisfaction but when it comes to the time of enforcement, no court can get it enforced.
so ita rather advised that you should not have such assumptions and should focus on maintaining a good balance between your spouce and your family.
