Loan guarantor without my knowledge

My husband took a loan of 10 lakhs from a chit fund company making me a guarantor without my knowledge i haven't signed any papers. Now he expired chit fund company is asking me to put the amount. Am I liable to pay the amount or what can I do?

hi did the chit fund company send any notice to pay the amoumt and if yes then need to see the contents of the notice received and then you could claim that you haf not signed on the said papers and that you are not liable to pay it

mam you can go for the forgery case as you can file a case against your husband for wrongfully using your signature and taking lian of 10 lakhs and impose cheating , fraud amd forgery case and also file an fie against your husband so that you could get out it.
