Listing of Case In Lucknow Highcourt

My case no. 10338/2021 habease corpus is not listing in daily caus list since sep, 21. Last time judge order but in order next cause list in not mentioned in his ordersheet. So. It is pending as unlisted . Any counsel can help for listing and my other case are also lineup for proceeding in Lucknow highcourt. Due to coron guidelines there are no entry in the court room .

In this coronavirus new and specific guidelines are issued that old cases which are unregistered will only be taken when there is urgency., but when your case is of Habeas Corpus then there is absolutely urgency and that can be taken up.
If your matter is not listed from September then not only listing application will help but a new Guideline in the corona protocol is given of making email to the registrar through advocates portal. so that the listing can be done.

currently only date fixed and fresh matters are being taken up by the High Court through video conferencing . you can take your chance and file a listing application and mention the urgency of your case in this application. there is a slight probability the court will fix some date in your matter
