Legality of marriage if solemnized as per Christianity rites

16-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
Section 7 of HMA,1955 states that a hindu marriage may be solemnised in accordance with customary rites & ceremonies of either party thereto, my question is, what is the validity of a marriage if it is solemnised as per christianity rites though both parties to the marriage are Hindus ??

If the wedding is done by mutual understanding of both party parents full consideration then it is valid . Religion never has any objections on any thing . Now you should go for wedding registrar office and your wedding registered under special marriage act and get the certificate of wedding.
