Legal seperation from my brother due to his violent behaviour

My father died in the month of june and after that my borther started looking after his business but after sometime things get worse he srarted abusing my mother and hide all the keys of locker from her which even my father never did and also he used to abuse both of us sister i;e me and my younger sister who is only 18. His this behaviour is getting worse day by day and he just keep on abusing my mother and both of us.Please its a request somebody please help me out and atleast tell me how can i legally get seperate from my brother?
immediately call the protection officer of your district and seek protection from them. they will help you in filing a domestic violence complaint against your brother. you may also file an online complaint before the state women commission apart from complaint to the police.
