Legal rights of wife to stay at home after filing case

Can my wife stay in my house after filling case under 498a and domestic violence against me and my family and if yes than what is the legal terms?

Dear sir , Inspite of filling legal case under section 498A& domestic violence,your wife can stay with you/ inlaws if she wants to stay with you .you can not prevent her from this. Secondly,you should be more careful from her.

Yes wife has legal right to stay in husband house though she has taken action against you U/s 498a and dv act if the house belongs to your parents you are liable to pay her maintenance plus house rent if you don't allow her to stay in your house

no she cannot stay with you and your family if the house is in your parents name then they can file a case in civil court for her eviction your mother can file a case of domestic violence against her
