Q: What action can be taken against the drawer who is trying to cheat
I submit a 9lacs a/cpayee cheque of sbi bank of Allahabad ...the sbi returned it and said that go to drawee branch and find out the reason no 5and then resubmit it..I went to sbi main branch Allahabad and asked about it they said it is due to not responding the call of bank..now what can I do while the drawer is wanted to cheat me?

Q: What to do when there is harassment and divorce case filed by husband
I m facing a lot of problem .my husband and my in-laws expel me out. I put dv and maintenance on them. They filed for divorce. They cheated me from starting. But I don't want to get divorce I face a lot. now 4 yr complete I get nothing only date pe date and harassment. I have two daughters and I don't understand what to do.

Madam,you have filed cases under DV act and u/s 125 you can lodge FIR u/s 498a IPC against huband .as per your query husband filed case for divorce you cotest it take defence that you don't want divorce what are the grounds of divorce you have not mentioned

Yes wife has legal right to stay in husband house though she has taken action against you U/s 498a and dv act if the house belongs to your parents you are liable to pay her maintenance plus house rent if you don't allow her to stay in your house

My sister's marriage is fixed which will be held on 20th June. There's a big mistake to choose the bride. He and his family is too greedy. Their demands are regularly increasing.And every time if their demands we deny they are saying to break marriage. What I do plz suggest me. Thanks
