Legal Remedy under law for out of jurisdiction and false cases

Wife found guilty in sec 125 and rcr sec 9 as she provided false information to hon. court and filed out of jurisdiction cases at family court and executed it for long 5 years. Now court said that she may undergo legal remedy as per law if so advised. What is Legal Remedy under law for filing false and out of jurisdiction case on false information and cheating the Court.

case for defamation can be filed against and an handsome money can be compesnated from her for mental and physical torture and also the court shall order for her arrest under Crpc for giving false statement before the court and also to mislead the court and to file a false case

Hello there! One can initiate case for malicious prosecution against her. You may file criminal case against her for production of false evidence. I will have to check whether it amount to contempt of court. I will let you know if you want to
