There is a remedy under section 9 of hindu marriage act vide which you can get orders of getting your wife back in her matrimonial house. Also a criminal case can be made against her family members of they don't allow their daughter to go back

Dear queryest in your query you did not mention about certificate of marriage if you have certificate of marriage you can aproch magistrate with all documents and ask for 97 crpc warrent and if magistrate is satisfied with your application magistrate will issue warrent and you wife will be produced before him
If your wife wants to come with you she will deposit her statement and magistrate will order accordingly

Court mein shadi se kya matlab hai. Sirf court compound me ja kar shadi karna court marriage nahi kahlata. Jo marriage Registrar of Marriage apne samne karvata hai wah court marriage kahlati hai. If you have done Court Marriage and with the consent of your wife. Now u can file a Petition under the section -9 of HMA restitution of conjugal rights. You can also file a Criminal Complaint with Police against your In Laws.
