My fiance has an intimate relationship with some other girl and he wants to marry me still and apologising for his deed. Is there any law or any solution which make me secure before marriage to my future married life if i got married to my current fiance so that he will not try to cheat me in future?
There is no law or legal document that will bind your fiance not to cheat you after marriage and develop relationship with other woman.
You can only seek dissolution of marriage on the ground of adultery if your husband indulge in extra marital sexual relationship with other woman without your consent, apart from this you cannot bind him not do do any such act.

If your fiancee has done some moral wrong to you and you want to forgive but get some assurance for safe future you can get an apology affidavit printed from his side so in case he does the same after marriage you can have stronger case
