I am being forced into marriage. I told my parents that I don\'t want to marry but they are forcing me by threatening me by suicide and harm. I also told the guy that I don\'t want to marry him and explained it to him in detail but he too is forcing this alliance on me. What can I do to get out of this situation?

My father got into a property agreement to sell his property in chandigarh.The buyer did not honour date to fulfill all payment and instead filed a frivolous FIR against him.Criminal case is going on in Chandigarh against him.I wanted to check if it is required by law that he has to be present for each hearing or the lawyer can represent him since he stays in Delhi , also is there a provision that he could get the case transferred to Delhi instead.

There is a judgment of Delhi High Court on the same point.Furthermore it all depends on the facts of one's case. You can definitely take the objections.The wife is entitled to get maintenance until she re-marry.

hello last week i was doing neft to my friend but by mistake iit was transferred to a wrong account.now the receiver is denying to reverse it back and receiver has withdrwan the money . now what actions can i take.

HiIf you have wrongly transferred the amount in a bank account by mistake you can ask the receiver to send it back to you. However if he denies the same you can initiate legal proceedings against him
