Legal Procedure for Completely Disown My Father

Kindly inform how I can completely disown my own father. Not only I need completely independent but I want to completely cut off any legal relationship with my own father.
So that I don't have to mention my own father anywhere like any id proof or any legal documents.
I will raise legal court case too if needed on my own.
Kindly advise me accordingly.

There is no way to completely disown your father per say. Once you become an adult you are your own Guardian so it solves half your purpose. I think its more important to know the exact problem before I suggest you with any suggestion. Hope this helps.

Within the limited realm of my legal knowledge it is not possible to disown your father. you can disown his property and you can choose to mention only your mother's name in place of your father in your document but within this freedom no further relaxation is possible.

yes its better if you raise a complaint and then opt for an order of court and there are judgements too related to certain aspects with solid evidences you can achieve your goal and thereafter change all necessary documents accordingly
