Legal heir removal after they have died

My grandmother was a legal heir for my father property but she passed away. Could we remove her name from legal heir certificate using her death certificate.

when your grandmother died before your father then she is not the legal app when you are grandmother died after your father then she is a legal fair you cannot remove the name of legal hair in such circumstances

No, you cannot remove your grandmother's name from. The legal heirs certificate. Legal heir certificate is issued based on the legal heirs of such deceased persons who were alive at the time of demise of your father.
