Q: My salary deduction [Security Deposit] not paid after resignation

I worked in a company for 2.5 years and there is no appoinment order. Every month a partial amount deducted from my salary as security deposit and which will be refunded after resignation. I provided 1 month notice period and resigned genuinely but my ex-employer holded my security deposit and experience letter.

Wife hid her physical and mental issues, left marital home with cash, child after a year. First child died, aborted second child without discussion. Wife filed false DVC case and asking interim amt. Under what section and grounds to quash DVC through high court?

you can crash the case in High court with giving all the testimonials what you have along with you and also insisting them to give proper medical treatment. section is not mandate for you I think it is the duty of the advocate to take necessary actions against her since you are telling she is an unsound person you have to prove all the charges what is being kept by you

My wife attached ,my mothers property by providing false case in family court, stating my mother took her ornaments. It was attachment before judgment later that case is dismissed and closed by family court as she withdrawn the case. What should be the next procedure.. Is the attachment is also lifted by the court ?

you can file divorce case against her and your mother can file defameing case against your wife since the case is being withdrawn by her take necessary actions as you prefer or you can file for a congical rights if you like to live United with her on considering your children future

I got married in November 2021. I am a government servant, and so is my husband. He cheated on me. I want to file for a divorce and I want to reclaim all the money my parents spent on my marriage, which was around 30 lakhs Since I got married, my in-laws have mentally tortured me by saying disrespectful things about my parents and the marriage arrangements.
