Q: Wife initiated for divorce under the ground of cruelty on wrong facts

Hi, my wife initiated civil case and raised divorce in the ground of cruelty (under section 13 1-a act) . She used false allegations to get the divorce granted. We have one year old daughter. I wanted for reunion. If her motive is money, how to approach this. What would be my next steps? and chances of my daughter custody if unexpected seperation? (Note: The main conflict was she asked me to abandon my parents and come as nuclear family. for Which I denied calmly)

respected sir don't worry she may case against you by means of reality under Hindu marriage act but apparently judges won't grant her order without enquery from your side you are supposed to attend a counselling session which will be organised at the specified court on that you can share your views with the arbitrator or mediator if you can't get justice or reunion at that circumstance you can file a counter petition stating that you have no idea of separation.

Q: HMOP in family court, DVC in other court for maintenance

Adult son and daughter both are studying, whether my wife can file petition to claim maintenance in favor of my children in DVC case. my wife is earning member adult son is doing part time job and studying abroad. son is 24yrs and daughter is 22 yrs old.

respected sir your wife can claim maintenance from you any circumstance when the cases pending even if there was no case pending anytime she can file a case for maintenance of her personal needs court will enquire about the issues which she is being faced and the need of the amount for her survival from you and give proper judgement

Q: Dividing property of my deceased father but siblings are not willing

The property is in my deceased father name. I have one brother and he is died but he has wife and 3 sons and 3 sisters. I want to split the property and my 3 sisters agreed but my deceased brother sons cannot agree with it. Because of that I am not able to apply for independent EB connection under my name. So what is way to split property

through a advocate send one legal notice to the other successor of your father and if they were not come forward for partition of the property better file partition suit in the respective court by advocate this is the only solution we have

Q: Suggestion request ontowrds property claim

My father, as on towards his owned property 8 cents, has made a dhana settlement deeds to his 2 daughters by 2021.Im being totally ignored when deeds were made which i laterally came know this. Now is there any chance to reclaim my share of the same since Im critically running down with my family,No job & income secure Please suggest me on this issue.

I am very sorry to say that you can't claim rights on the property which it was already settled by gifted to your sisters by your father you better find the job or the solution for the problem which you are facing rather than trying on this by spending money

Q: What I have to do whether I have to give police complaint asmy husband

My father property house cash jewels are all taken by my brother without giving any share so I am fighting for last 12 years legally my sadist sycho husband and criminal brother sent me to dark home gone to death i got proof now also they planning my brother ask me to send another home. I am orphan patient women 52 years old with no support from anybody please explain in detail what to do not to go any home if police station what is section and law reply as early as possible

respected madam I think you have depressed a lot you need not want to bother about the sections and you can give a police complaint even by dialling the respective number they will come and help you you need not want to get them by section it is not a fair practice also they are here to help you please go ahead with such things
