Hi

As per the law paid down by the hon'ble supreme court of India you and your sister are entitled for equal share in property

Your mother cannot deny your share.

You and your sister have equal share in the property

Since the property was absolutly owned by your father. And after his sad demise you both sisters and your mother are entitle for share in the property. If mother deny then you can claim the property by filing the declaration and partition suit at civil court
