Legal advice for my family dispute

I need help regarding my family problems. The issue is my dad's sister is manipulation my dad and causing lot of trouble in our home they talk about Jadu (blackmagic) etc mother is against it they are manipulation my dad to get divorce now after 25 years of marriage and my dad is listing to them and is on their side kindly advice me what step should I take and how will the court and judge respond to this i don't want my parents to get divorced i just want this toxic family members awayfromus

okay I understand your questions so now your Father blockmaling the mother will take divorce righ.t if you have a strong evedance he will file a case. you can file case againest your father Restiturion of conjugal right case . then your father not easy to take the divorce

Dear Sir, Such crooked people are available in every family. Your mother must be very strong to fight. Your mother may file a case against sister of your father under the provisions of Domestic Violence. In the meanwhile you must support your father by yourself or through family friends.
