Legal action against false dowry & harassment allegations

I have been married for almost three years. In the beginning my married life was running very well. After one year I had blessed with one Baby girl than my mother and my father decides to live with us but my wife and her family does not like this, they all told me that why your parents are living with you. I am the only son of my parents they have no option except me. Very soon this problem was sort out but after some time she started complaining why my dad and mom staying here and my wife started harassing me to do what she wants, otherwise threatened that she will file dowry /harassment etc.

Dear Client, As per the query posted by you, your wife has yet not registered any FIR. So take precautionary steps, and if she registers a complaint under 498A then the police does not immediately lodge an FIR. Instead this complaint is forwarded to women cell so that both the parties may reach a compromise which may be monetary in terms and so that no FIR is lodged against husband and his family. If the parties are still unable to reach a compromise, the women cell directs the parties to go to the mediation and conciliation Center in district courts throughout India. If there also the parties are unable to reach any compromise or settlement, the case goes back to women cell. If any legal advice is required for the matter above, feel free to contact. A false dowry case cannot succeed for lack of evidence and there is Supreme Court ruling that wife cannot force husband to leave his parents and stay seperate. Try negotiating, if not then contest the case you shall not suffer.

Dear friend your mother and father is your responsibility thus take care of them and as far as dowry case is concern, the cases are decided on the basis of the evidence not oral submissions thus don't worry about the threats of frivolous dowry case.

Nowadays there are many settled law/rulings of Apex Court in which it has been held that wife can not force her husband to leave his parents or seek divorce or any other legal advantage on this ground.
