I'm 22 yr old female. Due to abusive and toxic nature of my parents, I'm suffering from uncontrollable anger and frustration. They usually beat me for small mistake.I want to leave this family but then they will do police complaint against me. I want to be safe and I don't want to live with this family.

First of all, I sympathize with you if your parents behave like this with you. You should complain to the police. You have the right to live your life the way you want. If your parents are not letting you go out, you can complain on 100 or CM helpline and you can also ask your parents for money for your living by living separately through court .... and they can not denied ok

There is no legal compulsion to stay where you don't want to stay. You have the fundamental right to move wherever you want and if you leave and move to another place for job or work purposes, then nobody can legally restrain you and there is no legal basis to file police complaint against you in this case as it's not an offence.
