Q: False selling with hiding charges

I bought a membership in 45000 Rs. from a hospitality company which provides around 70 days/nights stay in hotels in timeframe of 5 years.They didn't tell us about AMC charge of 14000 yearly, which is cheating and fraud. I haven't used any service and asked them for refund, But they refused and said that I have to use their service atleast for once and only after that they may think of cancelling and then also they will refund only half amount.What can I do for full refund?

Is school teacher is applicable for registration after LLB while he/she is working as a teacher?

nahi ji bilkul nahi agar wo working hain as ateacher any where may be school or collage then he can not apply for advocates registration in bar becz ...in this proffession ap advocacy ke sath koi our job ni karsakte ...soo after retirement you can apply fir that ok

don't worry is se koi fark ni padta ki wo MLA se contact mai hain to wo case ko dawa denge ...Haan thoda local police station per pressure daal sakte hain ...but you can file a pettition in the Hon'ble High Court for fair investigation...pahle ap apne SP shaab ko ko ek application move kijiye then 482 crpc mai ek petition file kijiye High court mai fair investigation ke liye our us mai court direction bhi krdega challan pesh karne ke liye don't worry

yes ..... if he involved in a very heinous crime.....then police can any prize or any like poster addinggg can done for jail abscond person....there no perticular restrictions for police if you done ...very heinous crime police have the rgt and power to catch the abscond person

Q: Asking all money in advance, if we pay in razinama

through razinama we are proceeding for divorcethere is middleman who is helping both of us to get divorce, but they are asking for whole money in advance.If we pay the now and case will take around 6months.if they they disagree at end we have a doubt.Someone told us they can't disagree at end after accepting money is it right

you can make a registered agreement for all these razinama and but before that both of you filed divorce (mutual consent ) then you can give what ever you deal in agreement....and remember in your case mention a detail of agreement u cn make a annexure in a case ....it will help u in may ways...ok
