My SLP filed on 20.3.23 and defects removed on 22.3.23 then get SLP no on 23.3.23. When my SLP listed? Bcoz my matter is service matter(selection process) and I m challenging the examination which was conducted on ultravires rules. Examination held from 15.4.23. It's urgent issue.

Q: Case transfer karwane k liye kya kar sakte he

Sir mere pati ne muze ek tarfa talaq k liye notice bheja Mumbai se lekin me unke notice on ka reply nai Dene ja sakti kyuki me financial condition bhut ka m he meri ma widow he and me kahi job nai karti isliye kya Mera case transfer ho sakta he Bhopal.

Ji bilkul hoskta apka case transfer... abhi case kahan chal raha hai apka and kis stage per hai ... kya apne kisi advocate ko hire kiya h ya nahi agar krliya hai to unse transfer petition k liye boliye Jahan tak mujh lagta h ki apke petition allowed hojayega

Q: parents will kill me and my bf if we did marriage (intercaste)

my parents got to know about my intercaste relationship they are harrasing me and my bf and said that if i married him they will kill us they are also forcing me to marry as per their choice and they are threatning my bf parents. we both are in legal age to marry i dont know what to do in this situation .

don't worry... if you are above 18 and 21 years... you can legally gi for merrage firstly you try to talk with your parent to support you .. if they not redy else you feel that if both of you go for intercst merrage they can harm you ... then you have to file protection petition in High Court...with the help of any high court advocate.... high court provide you given direction to police athourity to protect you ..ok

यदि महिला अपने पति से डरी हुई है और चाहती है कि इसकी शिकायत करे लेकिन सिर्फ इसलिए शिकायत करवाना चाहती है जिससे यदि भविष्य में महिला की और उसके पुत्र की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उसकी पूर्ण जिम्मेदार उसका पति होगा क्योंकि उसके पति ने उसको धमकी दिया है। लेकिन पत्नी यह नहीं चाहती है कि पुलिस वाले उसके घर पर फिलहाल आए।nnपत्नी ऐसा इसलिए चाहती है क्योंकि वह नही चाहती की पुलिस के आने से उसके बस्ती में लोग भला बुरा कहे।

Wese to my personal advice ki agar is trah ki wo apne husband se problem face kr rahi hain to unko complaint file krni chahiye ps mai becz Jahan life ka risk ho to wahan ye soch ke chup ni rahna chahiye ki waki log kya sochenge .... second thing is agar ap chahte hain ki police apke ghr na aye tb bhi ap nearest police station jakr ek avedan (application) dein ki mujh our mere bacche ko husband se khatra ho sakta hai mujh esa lagta hai agar mujh our mere bache ke sath kabhi koi anhoni hui ya kuch hua to uska zimedar mera husband hoga plus iski jankari apke family members ko bhi din jis se unki jankari mai Rahe hoskta hai ki wo apke husband se baat bhi krain .

yes you can file or registered a complaint against her husband in police station or you can file a case against her husband in court and if you want to share but you have to fight for your personal rights.... agr ap pahle apni family members se milkar short out kr sakte hain to you can try for it
