Know About Dv As Well Maintenance Case Difference.

Since I hv suffered a lot in matrimonial home filed 498 n nw decided to maintenance as well as dv case.. My question is Should I file both the cases together or seperate. Which will be the better way for me to get maintenance? If I filed both together is there any disadvantages?

You can get the remedies under both the acts that is 498A IPC as well the maintenance under Crpc. There are no disadvantages per se. If you produce proper & correct evidences, show the degree of torture and harassment which you were subjected to, then as per the discretion of the Court you will get the proper remedy for the same.

You can file together for permanent alimony and divorce. There is no disadvantages in this and it is benificial to you. You can also file monthly maintaince case against him untill the grant order of permanent alimony. If you need any more advice please contact me.
