I am singal mother in my husband family there is the history that person can not live more then 40 year so to change the heridetatory my borther wants to adopt my kids on paper. same is been done by my in law for my brother in law in 1970, now i want to know what is the rule we want to change only suname no leagal right .
however kids will be staying with me only
