ivf or iui for child when divorce is pending

Sir my divorce is pending and i am alone and want a baby. Can i go for ivf or iui method with another woman is it legal for taking a baby.

Hello, you can have child through these ways but it will be illegitimate child who has rights but again you have to face future consequences for his disputes with your other children better obtain divorce and then think for baby
