Sir mera 498a ka case delhi court me chal rha h or mera settlement bhi ho gya h section 125 maintainance me counslling hui thi or mera settle ment ho gya hai ab section 12 DV ki next date h or isi beech muje thane se IO ka call bhi aa raha hai ab wo mujhe bula rahi hai ke section 41 ka notice recieve krne ke liye mene unhe ye inform bhi kraya ki mera settelement ho gya h court ke papers bhi hai par unhone wo papers lene se mana kar diya h or hamare adv bol rahe hai ke mujhe ab ghar par fehna thik nhi IO mujhe ghar se utha legi or arrest kar legi kyuki ye 498a me settlement ni hua h or fir abhi quash ni hui h ky fir jab tak quash ni hogi tab tak kya muje ab bail karani chahiye jabki mera settlement ho chuka hai kya me arrest ho sakta hu abhi bhi pls suggest sir i m too deprressed koi rasta nazar ni aa rha h pls sir i belong to a hindu religion
when ever settlement is done it's for all the cases from both sides the joint affidavit is required for this you can file it if it's a full n final settlement both the party can file it in the lower court or in high court or you can produce the settlement copy along with affidavit to the concern authority or you can discuss with a competent advocate.
