Issues with in laws and husband

I got married last year on 01-07-21, My husband and in-laws left me in the rented house on 17april without informing me and till then we are no contact situation.please suggest what steps can be taken.Also they had dowry demands earlier.

Get an FIR filled against them on grounds of mental and physical cruelty as well as for demand of dowry. File a domestic violence case as ur husband has left u alone ,u can seek residential orders for living in a shared household of ur husband whether it is his own house,in laws or rented. File maintenance case if necessary for need of money if ur husband is not maintaining u.

first of all file a CAW cell complaint against your in laws. you can further claim residence orders at the place where your in laws are residing under the domestic violence act. you can claim maintenance alao. if u wish to live with your husband you can file petition under section 9 of hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights
