Is it possible to take out a duplicate copy of maintenance to father on the basis of date of issue of orders as i have lost it

It seems you want to procure a certified copy of the maintenance orders passed in your favour by thr family court and you have the date of order as well. Yes with the help of a lawyer you can file an application for certified copies of the order

Yes you can always apply for the certified copy of the same. For that you need to first of all approach the court and fill a certified form and then get it duly verified and stamped by the magistrate who is listening to your case. And then submit it before the CA branch of the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes it is very much possible to get a certified copy of the court order under any jurisdiction. it is advised to get in touch with your advocate to procure the same. However if your advocate does not help then you can get the certified order by yourself as well
