Is this marriage certificate valid legally?

14-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi, So it’s a remarriage. Both of them were divorced legally at the time of remarriage. There is trust to make self-esteem marriage in TN and the marriage took place there stating it’s a first marriage for both parties. Due to certain circumstances both the parties hid their marital status. None of the parties submitted their legal documents of divorce order or anything. The forms and documents filled for the same also claimed that this as a first marriage and the trust registered the marriage as first marriage and provided a certificate. Based on which the marriage registered in the register office as first marriage and a marriage certificate has also been obtained. Now I would like to know “Is this marriage valid” “is this marriage certificate valid” “is it possible to nullify the marriage”
