Is it legally possible to move out of the family house

26-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
I’m 19 yrs old and i’m planning to move out from my house as i belong to a very orthodox and conservative family. My parents are unaware of my decision as they wont support. Is there any law regarding moving out? Can they take any legal action against me or can i get any legal support regarding this matter?

Dear client, at present you are only 19 years old ,as per law you are eligible to take your own decisions and your family can't restrict you.But as a responsible advice I suggest you why and how are parents are orthodox understand by appearing in the shoes of them.In our country per minute one rape takes place, in such a situation they are worring for you,at last they are yr parents.

When you completed 18 years of age, you are major and you can take any decision what you like and no body will force you to do anything. You take live separate from yours parents . There is no law regarding moving out. And your parent won't take any legal action against you.
