in 91 crpc i o asked to return my customery gifts from wife side but he wants to take directly and to give wife without submitting in court what to do.customery gifts given on the occassion of marriage and 1st deepavali festival.what to do. i o threaten that it all comes under stridhan if not given write to cancel bail orders.

Dear Sir, You just surrender before the Court and submit before the Court and produce all such articles under a list before a court and intimate accordingly to the IO. The court will take the note of the same and issue notice to your wife and receive the same and acknowledgement.
