Is court marriage legally possible if marriage is once registered

I once got married under Arya samaj marriage and had my marriage registered in U.P under U.P marriage registration rule,2017. Now we want to do court marriage under Hindu Marriage act due to some unavoidable reason. Is it possible legally?

yes it is possible you can approach the concerned Court for court marriage with at least two witnesses to get your legal proceedings followed and court marriage done
