An uncle invades my privacy and say cruel and false thing abt me to my parents and he trully destroys my life is there any legal action towards it??

Hello you can send a legal notice to your uncle to abstain from defaming you before the society and your parents, damaging your social image. You can also claim damages for defamation in the civil court.

If he defames you in public or front of your raelatives or fmly member then you can file a defamation suit against him.. You can also lodge an FIR if that caused any serious offence.. Or you have other option also..
