Intimidation by Wife's Relative

Hello,
I am seeking legal advice regarding a concerning situation involving intimidation from one of my wife's relatives. Recently, I have been experiencing instances where the intimidating behavior, a verbal threats, harassment, intimidation. This behavior is making me feel emotionally, mentally harassed.
I would like to understand my rights in this situation and what legal steps I can take to ensure my safety and protect myself from further intimidation. Additionally, I am interested in know
If your wife is living with you and she is in your favour but her relatives are threatening or intimidating you then you have little worries and you may directly file a complaint against them. If your wife is not with you and you want to bring her back then you will have to file a restitution Petit ion

You can file police complaint against such person who is threatening you. If such relative is threatening your wife as well, then it is better that your wife files the complaint in police, as the police takes quicker action in cases against women.
