Interference by mother in law in my married life

i am 28 years old got married in 7 th august 2016. my mother in law is restricting me from talking with my wife. they said to file a divorce under speacial act. but we didnt assault my wife. there has been some conversation with my mother and wife but those are normal as said by my wife. but my mother in law is threatning me. what should i do now. she went her home 1 month ago for het CPT exam on 18 th. december. but on that day also everything was normal but what happened i do not know as i could not see my wife after 10 th december night. and my mother in law said she had planned this a long time ago.. what should i do now i miss my wife. she is 23 years old.

From your information it is revealed that you and your wife do not have any problem in between. But is the mother in law who created the problem.
You can get relief by filling a case for restitution of conjugal rights. More details required to answer elaborately.

You should immediately lodge a general diary citing all the necessary threats and all the allegations are made plus your wife is not staying with you.

You must immediately file a restitution of conjugal rights case to save the marriage.

Sir, perused your query in details. You have not mentioned whether you are married under Hindu Marriage Act or special marriage act. However you should make a GD in police station and institute a case for restitution of conjugal rights for getting back your wife.
