inlaws not responding and taking back home

things were going well between us after marriage.I had to attend a function at my parents home & left to maternal home.after that there was an argument between families bcs of inlaws bad behavior towards me.I stayd in touch with husband & inlwas on calls &tried to call them at my place bt they always denied.I tried all ways to console them & to take me back but unsucesful.they are defaming us that girl is not willing to come.no call betwn us & inlaws past 1 month .dont know what dey r plan.help

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein your in laws are ignoring you and have denied to take you back at their home, you must approach family court to get back into your Matrimonial home as soon as possible.

If your husband has abandoned you and is not coming to take you back and you are still willing to resume your matrimonial ties then you can file for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
