inlaws and husband treating bad

i have tried my best to adjust with them. from initial days they are bothering. i have lost my mental peace & dont want to continue anymore. came to my parents house. dont want to be in touch with them.they are liars, defaming my parents reputation. planning to live at other place.so that wont be bothered anymore. not sure they will agree for mutual. but can't continue at any cost. what should i do?

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein it has become impossible for you to live in with your husband and your in laws, and you are willing to live alone, you must consult in private in order to maintain the privacy of the matter.

You can file divorce petition that will be contesting if you are husband is not agree for the mutual Divorce. Or you have option for filing criminal complaint against the in-laws and you are husband For Harassment and mentally or physically torture.

If you have been mentally tortured at your matrimonial house then you can file for domestic violence and cruelty. The complaints can be filed against the husband and in-laws. If they are not willing for a mutual divorce then you can go ahead with a contested divorce.
