if you are able to identify the property then you can file a case for succession and declaration of the property in your favour. it is the duty of court to assertain the other legal heir on your application. but you must have to prove your inheritance right over the said property.

Dear client There is no such straight forward was of getting your share in the property. The same will have to be done throughout proper channels under the law. The property will devolve upon all the legal heirs equally in case there is no will. You will need to first get the property mutated from the registry to the class one legal heirs after that you may ask for your share from your father since it is an ancestral property. The property possession chain and other documents are necessary here for any action. You may visit your registry to inspect the property file. Regards.
