If Indian born foreign National can get properly from their parent in India ?

Yes why not you can very well get it, provided your parents wish to give it to you because there are recent orders in india which states parents can also not give you anything if they wish so. You are requested to meet n clear doubts.

Please, tell your date of birth. If you are born in free India you mast get it. If you born before independence then some conditions imposed over that right. If your parents are Indian and you born and brought up outside India and you are foreign national by birth or by registration you can get your parental property in India.

I think Though the person born in Foreign, as his father and mother is Indian, then He became Indian by birth. Therefore, as per Indian Succession Act, 1925 or Hindu Succession Act,1956 there is no bar to obtaining property from parent in India by the person.
