In my case, wife earlier was saying that she won't come back to me and nether she wil giv divorce nor she will liv with me in matrimonial home(or city). Meanwhile she was threating me for false cases and asking money monthly and spread all rumours about me n my family in her and my neighborhood andnin my office too. Now she wants to come with my infant son to live with me bt at a rented house nearby my new ofice( I had to tak transfer frm my old ofice due to defamation by her). So in this scenario what precautions should I take to proceed for further steps, pls suggest me. And also help me in deciding legaly, that should I compromise or what conditions should i have to put before her n her family?? Or should I be rigid in the fact that I am only son to my mother n father, I can't leave them..? Pls suggest..

since you are facing mental trauma and also your reputation is getting defamed she is putting conditions on you to live with her you also have your own life and your own choice to lead your life but it depends on you if you ho for divorce it will be contested divorce because only one party is agreeing what is the age of your kid..

you must lodge intimation letters on a regular note of how you leading your day to day life so that if any situation arises in the near future you shall remain well protected of the same and moreover an agreement also needs to be made between both parties
