In laws torturing my pregnant sister what action can we take

My sister married before 5-6 year . They have two daughter and husband is out of country their family torchered daily my sister . Also demanding money she is pregnant this time but no any family's members supporting to her their husband also .all family's member abusing daily giving warning to divorce all time after marriage . I'm from Nepal and my sister is married in India . What action should be taken legally.
You can file a police complaint against your sister's husband with regard to the atrocities that are being done on your sister. And in case your sister's husband is in support of her, then you can seek his help.
