In laws putting false case in police station on me and my daughter

i am 35 years old and married and has a 7yrs old daughter living at my in laws residence. my father in law, mother in law and sister in law are harrassing us by making false complaints in police that i am beating them and asking money. we are only living there because they are disowning and want us to leave because we have a daughter and my sister and law has a son.my wife wants her share in the property and they dont have any brothers, all three sisters.third sister also has a daughter and she is also not accepted. the property of my father in law is already in court because of his sister. what should i do....?
Has the police complaint already been made? If there is threat to make Complaint then its better you mutualy settle the matter first. If the situation cannot be brought under control then try to separate yourself from there.

In case a false FIR has been lodged against you or any of your family members, you can get the same quashed under Section 482 of Cr.Pc. One needs to go through the whole FIR and then see if the ingredients of the offense are made out. If Ingredients are not made out, the High Court will quash the FIR.

as per the 2005 amendment every girl born and brought in the hindu family will be a coparcener by birth and has equal share in her father property irrespective of share. So she can be able to claim her independent share in the property.

First you don't need to worried about anything I am always here to help you out in any situation. There is a suggestion for you that if you go to the Police Station next time just call me, I will tell you what to do.
By that time you can made a complaint in regard to harassment and mental torture done by your in-laws. and next time when you go to the police station, make request to the officers for medical examination of your in-laws. If your in-laws again alleged that you had beaten them etc. It will help you in future for your future security.
as you said that property is already in court for partition, till then have patient and wait for the out come of the proceedings. I have many more to say but in lack of time I am not able to right all the thing you can call me whenever you want. Fell free to get suggestion anytime.
