Q: Remedies for deficiency in service by the builder

Project is in ghaziabad. Flat 755 sq ft for Rs 18.85 lakhs (95% payment already done) Booked in 2012. Recently builder has sent letter of intimation of offer of possession but has not raised the final demand. Orally was putting pressure to buy open parking. Project is delayed by over 3.5 years. Builder without prior approval increased the asuper area of flat by 37 sq feet. Builder ready to pay 5rs/sq feet late possession charges but not interest. What should i do..

As per the normal buyer agreement there is an arbitration clause to arbitrate the dispute or you may move the consumer forum to get the refund of the whole amount with interest, with compensation and damages as well as these builders are enjoying with your hard earned money

Q: Right to claim the amount of dowry given by woman after divorce

Can divorced woman claim her dowry including Jewellery e.t.c from her husband after divorce in Muslim law ? Then in which sections she can claim her dowry ? Another is, can divorced woman entitled for maintenance from her husband after divorce as per section 125 CrPC ? Pls tell me above two questions as soon as possible. Thanks

yes she can claim maintenance under section 125 crpc after divorce provided not married for second time and she can also claim her jewellery as her stridhan irrespective of religion and after satisfaction the court may grant

Q: How to get bail and stop arrest in case of IPC 306

Dear Sir, I am from Rajasthan. Let me tell you about my family. My father passed away in 2007 and we are three. One is my mom, my younger brother and me. We both are married. My younger brother's wife passed away because she took poison by herself. We couldn't save her. Her family put case against my mother and younger brother under IPC-306. Younger brother is in the jail and police are trying to find my mother to take in the jail. It's been more than one month. I am studying in delhi. My younger brother's career has already spoiled. How can I get out him from the jail and save my mom to arrest by police. Thanks

first of all tell me where and when the alleged offence was committed and the case was at which stage then we will adopt the appropriate court procedure either to get bail or quash the proceeding as per the jurisdiction.

Q: A fake case regarding drug selling

One of my freind is got arraested today bcz one of his client who use drugs said he purchased drugs from my freind but police did not find any other proof on that basis as my freind is innocent he never being involved in such cases and have very good image among society! So what is the legal method to get out of this situation ! Police demanded 5 lac to cut his name from the file but he dont have that money either to pay police

yes it is right but the basic point is that which section of NDPS were added in the FIR and what amount of Drugs has been seized and if not for what amount he has been charged. if nothing recovered then bail can be tried.

Helllo I would like to ask what to do if girl disagree to signed mutual consent divorcee papers after she already signed a document in front of Principal Counsellor. In that document the amount finalise and her advocate and father signed and verified. Now the girl said she is not agree with the amount. Is that document has value for the amount signed by both parties

Yes you can the initiate the contempt proceeding against the lady and also you may convert the mutual divorce proceedings into normal divorce proceeding in any of the grounds mentioned in the Act and contest the same
