In adult age Having sexual relations with my mother is legal

I wanted to ask you a this in a case when "an adult son have sexual relations with her mother when both are agree in India" tell me it is crime or not or if this is a crime so how both are punishable in India
It is morally incorrect but no crime under Indian law unless the female file complaint for abuse of consent or claim sexual harassment, maintaining this relationship with consent is not a crime but if female feels to use or misuse this law of rape against you the same can be done easily
