I'm sai from andhrapradesh my age 27 I'm loving a girl age 25 she is form Tamilnadu. For my side my parents accept. But her parents or not at all listening what we are telling and her parents are torturing that girl.We are now without any problem from her parents How to marry And her parents take her mobile and sending out side also no contact between us last 4 dayes please give a suggestion please help me sir how to proceed.please sir

Habeas Corpus is a writ recourse available in law to report an unlawful detention or imprisonment before a High Court or the Supreme Court and request that the court order the custodian of the person, usually the police, to bring the prisoner to court and determine whether the detention is lawful or not.
