I'm in similar scenario, wife filled 498a then changed the house key, locked it and left home. I kept her name on the property but am paying Emi.

hi if your wife had filed 498A against you then you could file quash petition against such FIR as ot is based on all false allegations and that you are not connected to those allegations and if you cant tolereate her then you could apply for divorce

Is there any other case pending a part from 498A, and if she is holding any judgement or protection orders from competent court, if yes she has all the right to lock the house or if no you can use the house
