I'll treatment given to my daughter by husband and i family

My daughter has been married 3 years back in Mumbai.
We are following jain religion.
Since last 2 years my son in law tells my daughter that he had committed biggest mistake of life by marrying my daughter.
He and his mother humiliate her without any reason.
My son in law tells my daughter that He wanted to be SHRAVAN FOR HIS PARENTS. And not interested in continuing.
My daughter as per our advice is interested in continuing the relationship.
however now my daughter is also fed up with these family.

in this case it is advisable that you should proceed to send legal notice to the other party conveying all the circumstances and it's legal repercussions.

If after trying lot, he is not willing to cohabit and if they are making huge physical and mental harrassment then you can move to court and file criminal application under the Domestic Violence Act and also can file restitution Petition if you think that things will get covered.
