I Wish to live with my husband in nuclear fami

My father in law giving me mental torture by using abusive words. 1 yr I manged, later we lived nuclear family for 2.5 yrs happily . 6 months ago they joined back with us. Brain washed my husband and thrown my 2 yrs son and myself out of the house. Now they are saying come back for join family or give only the child. He is going to file case. Will the court help me to join back with my husband in nuclear family? We both don't have any issues. Will the court ask me to send only the child with them? Can he throw me out of his life just bcz I am not agreeing for joint family? I wish to live with him in nuclear as we don't have any problems

if husband is going to file a divorce case against you have adoption to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights to live together again with your husband and in case of non maintenance of your children and yourself you can also claim maintenance from her husband through the court process and you should take the steps immediately before your husband is going to proceed legally in the court
